Very clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. Great location right next to restaurants and upscale shopping. We paid extra to have breakfast included in the rate and that was an excellent value, as the breakfast was delicious and generous, with attentive table service.

Hotel was eclectic and quiet. The restaurant was directly under us however you couldnt hear or smell anything at all from our room. Easy to shop, eat and relax in The Summit, which is nice if you don't want to leave the property. A short drive to other activities.

The location at the Summit at Fritz Farm is a great one, close to the center hub of Lexington. It is on Nicholasville Road that will quickly take you to downtown Lex and circle road that will take you in any direction you need to go. In addition, some of Lexington's great restaurants are within walking distance at the Fritz Farm, or a quick drive away. Also, free self parking and great shopping.

Ease of close numerous self parking- great hotel decor Loved having all the shops and restaurants right there to walk to. We had brunch one morning in hotel restaurant and staff/food there was great.

Cleanliness of room was great. The availability and responsiveness of staff was excellent. Convenient location with plenty to do in immediate area, close to multiple restaurants and stores.

Loved the vibe and the decor. Nice location near shops and restaurants. Close to the airport. Safe area for solo traveling easy to get around. Friendly staff.

The Bathrooms were nice, love the large shower and that there was plenty vanity countertop space. Location was perfect, shopping and restaurants in walking distance! Loved the bar in the hotel.
